We were approach by Gavin Electrical Engineering Limited based in Swansea South Wales to provide a quotation to carry out the take down and removal of existing entrance turnstile and fencing and replace with new to enable them to fit new electrical access control system for their client’s new entrance area.
The site is in Trafford Park Manchester approximately 6 miles from our base, due to the location and the Client being a large multi Fuels supplier with a turnover income of $572 Billion we had to meet the required criteria to enable ourselves to be awarded this contract. The Petroleum Chemical industry is a very high risk and dangerous environment to be working in meaning there is no room for error Health and Safety is paramount, after passing all the required security checks and Health & Safety requirements Titan Security Fencing were given the order to supply and install the new single leaf pedestrian access gate and steel palisade security fencing to the new enclosure.
Due to the nature and location of the fencing and gate that being a main entrance for pedestrians into the fuel chemical site work had to be carried out with precise timing to meet the clients strict schedule. Work was completed on time and on budget.
